Originally from New York, Jim began his real estate career in 1982 at Fred Sands Realtors in Beverly Hills and Hollywood, California where he quickly earned the title of 'Salesman of the Year'. Jim relocated to La Jolla and joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services La Jolla in 1995. He has been a La Jolla resident for 25 years.
